Application

Getting started with our Mobile Signing Agent Certification Program is simple! Complete the online application form, meet the basic requirements (such as being a commissioned notary and a licensed title insurance producer), and submit any necessary documents. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive access to your course materials and can begin your journey to becoming a certified professional. Start today and take the first step toward advancing your career!

Education

To enroll in our Mobile Signing Agent Certification Program, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid notary public commission in your state as well as an active title insurance producer license. No prior experience with loan signings is required—our program provides all the training you need to succeed!

Certification

To qualify for the Mobile Signing Agent Certification Exam, participants must complete the required training modules provided in our program. These modules cover everything from understanding loan documents to mastering signing protocols, ensuring you’re fully prepared to pass the exam and excel in your career. A final exam of 100 question, with a passing score of 75, or greater, must be obtained within 6 months of completing the required education.

Maintenance

To maintain your Mobile Signing Agent Certification, you must complete 4 hours of approved continuing education every two years. This ensures you stay updated on industry changes, legal updates, and best practices, keeping your skills sharp and your certification current.
